Master Plan Overview

This planning effort is sponsored by Spalding County and the Atlanta Regional Commission to explore the former Southern Railway (Roosevelt Railroad) corridor and its potential to provide new transportation, recreational and mixed-use development opportunities. Imagine walking, biking or taking a trolley to your favorite destination along the corridor.

Consultant Team

A consultant team led by Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh & Associates (TSW) of Atlanta, Georgia, has been selected to lead the master planning effort. TSW has extensive experience in helping towns and cities envision their future, and providing them with the blueprint for how to get there.
